We do not price products displayed on our main Website pages because of the difficulty in maintaining pricing information on thousands of items spread over hundreds of pages. It is our sincere intention to give you helpful and detailed information to help you in your research. Online Store--- Some items may be purchased on-line. There are "shopping bags" on the relevant pages. Payment is made through 'Pay Pal' and is very secure. We accept "Visa" and "Master Cards".

VIC - Very Important Customer---There are  links on the Main drop menu and Home page which take you to a Form where you apply to be a 'Very Important Customer'. Being a VIC entitles you to preferential treatment, best prices and service. You will need the Serial Number, Make and Model of any machines that you have purchased from our Group.

 

VIC Shop - There is an online shop for VIC members stocking articles at special prices.

Making an Inquiry---To make contact with us select 'Contact Us' on the vertical Menu. This is Form Mail, your browser does not need to be set up for E-Mail to use it. We will contact you by Email or Phone. A 'thankyou' screen will be displayed after submission. The Mail form is designed to detect empty fields. All fields marked * must be filled before submission. You can ask for a better price by selecting "Get Day's Price", giving the Make and Model of the selected Item. You can also phone TOLL FREE on 0800 669377 (New Zealand only) and ask for "JACK".  You can Fax us on 09 444 9545 also. 

Screen resolution--- The Screen resolution, because of the vast number of different size and shaped screens these days, the 100% setting sometimes does not work.

To adjust your screen for the best look use keyboard buttons:-

  • Ctrl 0 = Default setting,
  • Ctrl + = Bigger,
  • Ctrl - =Smaller.
  • F11 = Full screen.

Also use your mouse, Ctrl + wheel = Smaller/Larger, Shift + wheel = Back/Forward (not Google Chrome). The Browser will remember the setting for any particular Site. We recommend Fire-Fox. You can get a free copy of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Restricted trading area--- Some manufacturers restrict their dealers to certain areas. This is to encourage people to deal in their own area supporting the local service-dealer. In these cases the goods must be collected from the shop, or delivered by the shop.

 

Warning to Overseas Viewers--- We receive inquiries from America concerning some of our stock. Whilst we are pleased that you are taking the time to look at our pages, we must point out that the products are only available within New Zealand and the Pacific Islands at reasonable cost. You can obtain the same, or similar items in Europe or America for less money, and the freight would make any import from New Zealand un-economic. PLEASE NOTE if you are living in USA and would like a Compost Tumbler, phone 1-800-880-2345. Their Tumbler is very similar to ours. We do not reply to overseas mail unless we consider that the sender has fully explored the local scene first. Mail from New Zealand and the Islands will be replied to.
